Shipped Track: Branded Shipment Tracking & Customer Notifications

Shipped Track enables you to send customized shipment tracking emails to your customers, reinforcing your brand identity. Additionally, customers can access a self-service order center for tracking their shipments, along with add-on features such as package protection, order adjustments, and returns.

Enabling Shipped Track

To activate Shipped Track for your store:

  1. Navigate to Track > Configurations in the Shipped Suite merchant admin.

  2. Check the “Shipped Track Branded Visual Shipment Tracking” checkbox.

  3. Click “Save” to apply the changes.

Branded Tracking Emails

Enhance customer communication by sending visually branded tracking emails.

  1. Check the “Branded Tracking Emails With Visual Shipment Tracking” checkbox to enable branded tracking emails.

  2. Customize which emails to send by using the “Disable Email Type” option to exclude specific email types you do not wish to send.

Merchant Notifications

Stay informed with delivery exception notifications.

  1. Check the “Merchant Notification Of Delivery Exceptions” checkbox to receive alerts about any delivery issues.

Important: Be sure to click “Save” after making any changes to ensure your settings are applied.
