Shipped Suite including Shipped Shield is completely free for merchants. 

The customer has the option to add Shipped Shield Premium Package Assurance to their order at the time of check out for a small fee. As we’re unable to split the payment for the Shipped Shield fee, our mutual customer pays this fee to you at the time of checkout. We will use the provided payment information to collect the fee on a weekly basis.
