Shipped Shield Premium Package Assurance is free for merchants and offered as an optional add-on for customers. The cost is calculated as a percentage of the order value (with a minimum of $0.97) and dynamically adjusted based on our proprietary pricing algorithm. Customers can choose this add-on at the cart/checkout page or as a post-purchase option.

Each week, we will calculate the total Shipped Shield fees collected and any amounts due from our Assurance Guarantee, applying these to your weekly financial transfer.
