If you use Klaviyo for your email communications, you can enable the Klaviyo integration to enhance your tracking emails. This integration allows you to leverage Shipped Suiteā€™s tracking events to send customized tracking emails that keep your customers informed at every step.

Shipped Track Metrics

Shipped Suite provides four key tracking metrics through Shipped AI, each representing a specific status update for shipments:

  1. Shipment Shipped
    This metric is triggered when a shipment is created and its status is updated to "Shipped" by the courier.

  2. Shipment Out for Delivery
    This metric is activated when the courier updates the status to "Out for Delivery," indicating that the shipment is on its way to the customer.

  3. Shipment Exception
    If an exception occurs, such as delays, damage, or a return-to-sender update, this metric is triggered to notify you and the customer about the issue.

  4. Shipment Delivered
    Once the courier confirms delivery, this metric updates the status to "Delivered."

Metric Information Overview

Each of these metrics provides comprehensive information across the following categories:

Storefront

Includes general store details, branded merchant portal URL, and a link for customers to view order status, report issues, and more.

Customer Information

Basic customer details related to the order.

Order Information

Detailed information about the order, such as:

  • Shipping address

  • Order item details

  • All shipment details

  • Applied promo codes and adjustments

  • Order summary

  • Specific tracking page URL

Shipment Information

Detailed shipment-related information including:

  • Courier details

  • Tracking information and events

  • Items included in the shipment

  • Specific tracking page URL

Enabling Klaviyo Integration

To connect Klaviyo with Shipped Suite:

  1. Go to Integrations in your Shipped Suite merchant admin.

  2. Navigate to Klaviyo and click Connect.
