When a Shipped Shield issue is processed, Shipped Shield will generate the replacement order or refund in your ecommerce store on your behalf. 

As part of our Assurance Guarantee, Invisible Commerce will reimburse you for any unexpected problems to your preferred account each week.

Replacement Guarantee Calculation

If there is an unexpected problem related to a replacement, Invisible Commerce will cover the subtotal of the item, taxes, and shipping costs. 

Refund Guarantee Calculation

If there is an unexpected problem related to a refund, Invisible Commerce will cover the subtotal and taxes of the item. Shipping costs and Shipped Shield fee are not included.
