Integrating Happy Returns

If you use Happy Returns as a returns partner, you can integrate it with Shipped Suite to offer boxless returns as a return method to your customers.

Note: The Shipped Returns feature must be enabled on your account to proceed. If you don’t have this enabled, please contact us at support@invisiblecommerce.com.

To complete the integration, you will need:

  • Your Happy Returns Retailer ID

  • Your Happy Returns API key


Step 1: Connect Your Happy Returns Account

  1. In the Shipped Suite Merchant Admin, go to Returns > Courier Accounts.

  2. Locate Happy Returns and click "Enable".

  3. Enter your Retailer ID and API key.

  4. Click Continue to complete the integration.

Happy Returns is now connected and ready to be added as a return method.


Step 2: Add Happy Returns to Your Return Policy

  1. Navigate to Returns > Policies.

  2. Click "Edit" on the policy you'd like to update.

  3. Go to the Return Shipment Settings tab.

  4. In the Return Methods section, check "Boxless Returns".

  5. In the Courier Accounts section, click "Add Courier" and select Happy Returns.

  6. If you'd like to charge customers a return fee, enter the desired amount.

  7. Click Save.

Repeat this process for any additional return policies where you want to offer Happy Returns.


Additional Information

QR Code Generation

  • A QR code is automatically generated and included in the RMA confirmation email after the customer submits their return.

  • The QR code is also available in the Order Center, under the return status page.

Return Expiry & Resolution

  • Returns automatically expire after 30 days.

  • The return resolution (e.g., refund or exchange) is triggered upon scan at a Happy Returns location.

  • If only part of the return is dropped off, the missing items will be removed from the RMA. Customers must submit a new return for any remaining items.
