How to integrate with Bigcommerce

To get the most out of your AI Agent, we recommend connecting your BigCommerce account. This integration allows the AI to access real-time order information, process shipment issues, initiate returns, and other features to fully resolve customer inquiries.

⚠️ Please make sure your BigCommerce account is not already connected to another Cavalry account. When unsure, contact us at support@cavalry.ai for assistance.

Steps to Connect BigCommerce

  1. Log in to your Cavalry account at https://admin.shippedsuite.com/.

  2. Navigate to AI Agent → Channels.

  3. Locate BigCommerce in the list and click Enable.

  4. You'll be taken to the BigCommerce site to select the store you'd like to connect.

  5. When prompted, authorize app permissions to allow Cavalry to securely connect with your BigCommerce store.

Once connected, your AI Agent will automatically sync order and customer data, enabling advanced support features such as:

  • Providing live order status updates

  • Processing shipment and delivery issues

  • Initiating and managing return requests
