How to Change Storefronts in Your Shipped Suite Account

Some merchants operate multiple storefronts (e.g., US, Global, Canada). Shipped Suite allows you to easily switch between storefronts for managing settings, returns, AI configurations, and reporting.

This guide covers both ways you can change storefronts.


Option 1: Select a Storefront at Login

If your account is associated with more than one storefront, Shipped Suite will prompt you to choose one immediately after logging in.

Steps

  1. Log in at https://admin.shippedsuite.com/users/sign_in.

  2. When the “Select a storefront to access” screen appears, open the dropdown.

  3. Pick the storefront you want to work in.

  4. Click Continue.

You will be redirected to the dashboard for the selected storefront.


Option 2: Change Storefront From the Dashboard

If you’re already logged in, you can switch storefronts anytime without logging out.

Steps

  1. Open the left-hand navigation panel.

  2. At the bottom of the menu, locate the current storefront name.

  3. Click the three-dot menu next to it.

  4. Select Change storefront.

  5. Choose the storefront you want to access from the list.

Your dashboard will reload and display the selected storefront’s settings and configurations.
