Connect Redo’s MCP server to Cavalry so the AI can retrieve return information from Redo and help answer customer return status questions.

Overview

Redo’s MCP server allows Cavalry AI to access return-related information from Redo. Once connected, the AI can use this information to help customers with questions such as return status, return progress, or related return details.

Steps to Add Redo’s MCP Server

1. Log in to Cavalry Merchant Admin.

2. Navigate to:

   https://admin.shippedsuite.com/ai/mcp_servers

3. Click + Add MCP Server.

4. Fill in the MCP server details:

   Name
   Redo

   Transport Type
   HTTP

   URL
   https://mcp.getredo.com/mcp

   Authentication Scheme
   OAuth

   Client ID
   Leave blank unless otherwise provided by Redo.

   Client Secret
   Leave blank unless otherwise provided by Redo.

5. Click Save.

6. After saving, Cavalry will redirect you to Redo’s OAuth flow.

7. Complete the OAuth authorization steps in Redo.

8. Once the authorization is complete, you will be redirected back to the MCP Server page in Cavalry Merchant Admin.

After the Connection Is Complete

Once Redo’s MCP server is connected, Cavalry AI can retrieve return information from Redo. This allows the AI to better assist customers who ask about the status of their return.
