Shipped is free for merchants. Customers have the option to add-on our Shipped Shield assurance at the time of checkout.

Our customer rate is similar to what a customer would see when shipping a package via Fedex or UPS - we typically charge on average 1.4% of the order value, with a minimum of $0.97, that our algorithm prices dynamically.

We manage the risk of shipping failures and handle the claims processing and reimbursements.
