Enabling the ShipHero Integration

Benefits

The ShipHero integration allows our platform to verify order cancellation and order adjustment eligibility by checking real-time fulfillment processing statuses via the ShipHero API.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Order is not yet synced to ShipHero, OR

  • All of the following are true:

    • Order status is not fulfilled or cancelled

    • It has no shipments

    • It has no allocations that are is_locked or ready_to_ship

    • No line items have tote_picks with current == 1

How to Connect

In ShipHero

  1. Navigate to My Account -> Developer Users

  2. Click on + Add Third-Party Developer

  3. Enter any first name, last name and email that you would like to identify Cavalry as the third party developer user.

  4. Click on Add Developer

  5. After the developer has been added, you will see a page where you can view the account's Access Token and Refresh Token. Keep this page open.

In Cavalry/Shipped Suite

  1. Navigate to AI Agent -> Channels

  2. Under the Warehouse/3PLs section, click on Enable in the ShipHero card

  3. Copy and paste the Access Token and Refresh Token from the ShipHero developer user account.

  4. Click on Continue and your integration is completed

Address Changes

To ensure Shopify address changes are correctly synced to ShipHero, please make sure to enable the setting If an address changes in an order in Shopify, update that order in ShipHero.
