Enabling the ShipBob Integration

Benefits

The ShipBob integration allows our platform to verify order cancellation and order adjustment eligibility by checking real-time fulfillment processing statuses via the ShipBob API.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Full order cancellations

    • Order is not yet synced to ShipBob, OR

    • All of the shipments in ShipBob are either:

      • Processing status with no status details, OR

      • Exception status

  • Partial order cancellations and address changes

    • Order is not yet synced to ShipBob

How to Connect

  1. Navigate to AI Agent -> Channels

  2. Under the Warehouse/3PLs section, click on Enable in the ShipBob card

  3. You will be redirected to ShipBob to log in and authorize necessary permissions

  4. After completing the ShipBob flow you will be redirected back to Cavalry

  5. The integration is complete
