Connect your Nuclino workspace to automatically import your documentation into your AI agent's knowledge base. This allows your AI to answer customer questions using the content stored in your Nuclino wiki.
Before You Begin
You'll need:
Access to your Cavalry Merchant Admin
Admin access to your Nuclino account
A Nuclino API key
Step 1: Generate a Nuclino API Key
Log in to your Nuclino account.
Click your profile and navigate to Account Settings.
Select API.
Generate a new API key.
Copy the API key. You'll need it in the next step.
Step 2: Connect Nuclino
Log in to your Merchant Admin.
Navigate to AI Agent → Knowledge Hub → Integrations
Locate the Nuclino integration.
Paste your Nuclino API key.
(Optional) Select the specific workspace(s) you would like to import.
Leave this field blank to import content from all workspaces the API key has access to.
Click Connect.
Once connected, your Nuclino content will be imported into your AI knowledge base.
What Gets Imported?
The integration imports:
Wiki pages from your selected workspace(s)
Pages nested inside collections
Top-level pages
Pages that do not contain any content are automatically skipped during import.
Managing Synchronization
The Nuclino integration does not continuously monitor your workspace for changes.
Automatic Sync
An import automatically runs when:
You first connect the integration.
You change the selected workspace(s).
Manual Sync
If you create, edit, or delete pages in Nuclino, you'll need to manually refresh the integration.
Open the Nuclino integration settings.
Click Manual Sync.
This imports the latest version of your Nuclino content into the AI knowledge base.
Current Limitations
Workspace-level filtering is supported.
Collection-level filtering is not currently available. If a workspace is selected, all eligible pages within that workspace will be imported.
