The Flexport integration syncs RMA information into your Flexport portal.

How to Connect

In Flexport

1. Navigate to Settings -> API Tokens

2. Click on Generate API Token

3. Give it an appropriate Display Name like cavalry

4. Enable Returns scope

   

5. Click on Generate

6. You will receive a txt file containing your new API Token

In Cavalry/Shipped Suite

1. Navigate to AI Agent -> Channels

2. Under the Warehouse/3PLs section, click on Enable in the Flexport card

3. Copy and paste the API Token you received.

4. Click on Continue and your integration is completed
