Enabling Stay AI Subscription Management

Enabling the Stay AI integration allows you to connect your Stay AI account with Shipped Suite, allowing the AI help resolve subscription-related use cases.


Part 1: Generate Your Stay AI API Key

Before enabling the integration in Shipped Suite, you’ll need to create an API key in Stay AI.

  1. Log in to Stay AI Admin
    Access your Stay AI dashboard with your admin credentials.

  2. Navigate to API Token Settings

    • From the left-hand menu, go to Account > API Token.

  3. Create a New API Key

    • Click New API Key.

    • Fill in the following fields:

      • Name – Enter a recognizable name, e.g., Shipped Suite Integration.

      • Description – Add a short description such as Integration with Shipped Suite.

      • Email – Enter your admin or integration contact email.

      • Scopes – Select the required permissions. For full integration, choose All.

    • Click OK to generate the key.

  4. Copy Your API Key
    Once created, your API key will be displayed in the API Tokens list:

    • Click the copy icon to copy the key.

    • Store it securely, as this key will be required in Shipped Suite.


Part 2: Enable Stay AI in Shipped Suite

  1. Log in to Shipped Suite Merchant Admin
    Go to your Shipped Suite Merchant Admin dashboard.

  2. Navigate to Channels

    • From the left-hand menu, go to AI Agent > Channels.

    • Locate Stay AI in the list of available channels.

  3. Enable Stay AI

    • Click the Enable toggle or button next to Stay AI.

    • A configuration window will appear.

  4. Enter Your Stay AI API Key

    • Paste the API key you generated in Stay AI.


Part 3: Configure Stay AI Integration Settings

After entering your API key, configure the integration settings to define which actions the AI can perform.

Available Settings:

  • Cancel Subscription – Allow AI to cancel customer subscriptions.

  • Pause Subscription – Permit temporary suspension of subscriptions.

  • Reactivate Subscription – Reactivate a paused or canceled subscription.

  • Change Frequency – Adjust the delivery frequency of subscription orders.

  • Get Shipping Address – Retrieve the customer’s current shipping address.

  • Change Shipping Address – Update a customer’s shipping address.

  • Change Next Order Date – Move the scheduled date of the next order.

  • Send Now – Trigger an order to ship immediately.

  • Skip Order – Allow customers to skip their next order.

  • Apply Discount – Apply a discount to a subscription.

  • Add Recurring Product to Subscription – Add an additional recurring product.

  • Add One-Time Product to Subscription Order – Add a one-time product to a subscription order.

  • Available Intervals – Define custom time intervals (e.g., 10d = 10 days, 2w = 2 weeks, 6m = 6 months, 1y = 1 year).

Configure these options according to your business needs. The AI will only execute actions that you enable here.
