Integrate your Skio account to allow the AI Agent to resolve most subscription-related support tickets automatically.
Note: Editing payment methods and account emails is currently not supported.
🔧 Integration Steps
1. Create a Skio API Key
Log in to your Skio dashboard.
Navigate to Account > API.
Enter "Cavalry AI" as the name and click Generate API Key.
Copy the API key and keep the page open — you’ll return to add the webhook URL later.
2. Enable Skio in Merchant Admin
In the Shipped Suite Merchant Admin, go to Channels.
Click Enable under Skio.
Paste the API key from Skio.
Click Submit.
Copy the webhook URL provided and keep the page open — you’ll return to add the webhook token later.
3. Add Webhook URL in Skio
Return to the API page in your Skio dashboard.
Paste the webhook URL you copied from Merchant Admin.
Click Save.
Copy the webhook token displayed after saving.
4. Add Webhook Token in Merchant Admin
Go back to the Shipped Suite Merchant Admin.
Paste the webhook token you copied from Skio.
Click Save to complete the integration.
