Enabling Recharge Subscription Management

Allow the AI Agent to resolve subscription management related tickets by integrating your Recharge account. Once integration the AI Agent is able to assist the customer in most subscription related requests.

Unsupported actions are edit payment method, edit subscription item (i.e. change to a different item or edit quantity), and edit account email.

Integration Instructions

  1. Go to Channels and select “Enable” under Recharge.

  2. Authorize app permissions when prompted.
