Enabling Chat Widget in Order Center

You can enable Shipped AI chat widget in your branded Order Center. This will enable your customers to chat with the AI CX Agent within the Order Center for immediate assistance with their orders.

Instructions

  1. From the merchant admin, go to the Order Center configurations.

  2. Navigate to "AI Widget" section.

  3. Check the box to enable the widget.

  4. Click "Save".
