On the AI Personalities page, you have the ability to incorporate personalities that the AI CX Agent can assume. This ensures that your virtual agent's tone, behavior, and demeanor align seamlessly with your brand. Feel free to add multiple personalities and assign them to different virtual agents as needed.
To add AI Personality:
From the AI Agent > Personalities page, click on "+ Add AI Personality".
Enter a personality name into the "Name" field.
Enter a personality description into the "Description" field. Be as specific as possible and sample responses are helpful. Please note there's a 250 character limit.
Click "Save".
Repeat the above steps if you wish to create additional personalities.
