Create virtual agents to serve as your AI CX Agent. Each agent can possess a distinct personality and background story, enhancing their personability and relatability to your customers.
You have the flexibility to create multiple agents, and they will round-robin to provide assistance to your customers.
To add a Virtual Agent
From the AI Agent > Virtual Agents page, click on "+ Add AI Virtual Agent".
Enter a name for the virtual agent into the "Name" field.
If desired, upload a headshot of the virtual agent. Otherwise, a virtual agent headshot will be generated.
In "Bot Personality", select a personality for the virtual agent. The list of personality is pulled from the personalities you've added.
If you wish to add a background story to your virtual agent, enter the description in the "Description" field.
To enable the virtual agent, check the "Enabled" checkbox.
Click "Save".
Repeat the above steps if you wish to add additional virtual agents.
