Creating a Knowledge Base Article

If your knowledge base articles is not on an available integration, you can manually create one.

To manually add articles:

  1. From the AI Agent > Knowledge Hub, click on "View Articles".

  2. Click on "+ Add Article"

  3. Enter a subject for the article in the "Subject" field.

  4. Enter the article into "Content" field.

  5. Click "Save".
