Connecting Your Royal Mail Account

You have the option to add Royal Mail as one of your return shipment couriers.

Note: This must be an OBA Royal Mail account.

Steps to Connect Royal Mail

  1. In the Shipped Suite Merchant Admin, go to Returns > Courier Accounts.

  2. Locate Royal Mail and click "Connect".

  3. Enter the following information:

    1. Account Number

    2. OBA Email Address

    3. Posting Location Number

  4. Click "Add Account".
