Connecting Your Passport Global Account

You can connect your Passport Global account to enable international return label generation directly within the Shipped Suite platform.

Steps to Connect Passport Global

  1. In the Shipped Suite Merchant Admin, go to Returns > Courier Accounts.

  2. Locate Passport Global and click "Connect".

  3. Complete the form with the following information:

    • Company Name: Enter the company name registered with Passport Global.

    • Customer Name: Enter the full name registered on your Passport Global account.

    • Customer Email: Use the email address associated with your Passport Global account.

    • Customer Phone Number (optional): Add the phone number on file with Passport Global.

    • API Key: Enter your Passport Global API key.

  4. Click "Add Account".

Once the form is submitted, your Passport Global account will be connected and available for use in your return policies.
