Connecting Your Canada Post Account

You have the option to add Canada Post as one of your return shipment couriers.

Steps to Connect Canada Post

  1. In the Shipped Suite Merchant Admin, go to Returns > Courier Accounts.

  2. Locate Canada Post and click "Connect".

  3. Enter the following information

    • Customer Number

    • Contract ID (optional)

    • API Key

  4. Click "Add Account".
