You will receive a Collaborator account invitation in order for us to help with your account setup.
In order for us to access your Shopify store and install the needed assets, you must first accept the invitation. Please follow one of the following methods to accept the invitation.
Method 1: Accepting Collaborator Invitation via Store Owner Email
From the store owner email, open the Collaborator invitation email from Shipped.
Select “View request” within the invitation email.
Select “Accept request”.
Please ensure the permissions for the orders, products, themes, settings, reports, dashboards and apps are all enabled.
Method 2: Accept Collaborator Invitation via Shopify Admin
From your Shopify admin, select “Settings”.
Select “Users and permissions”.
Under “Collaborators”, find and select “Invisible Commerce”.
Select “Accept request”.
Please ensure the permissions for the orders, products, themes, settings, reports, dashboards, and apps are all enabled.
